Delivery Information
DELIVERY DETAILS
We operate on a first come, first served basis. Orders are posted 1st class with
Royal Mail as soon as possible. Please be aware sending cards 1st class does not guarantee
delivery next day.
You card will be dispatched as soon as we can, please allow a minimum of 7 working days for delivery for items sent using standard 1st class post..
URGENT ORDERS - NEXT DAY DISPATCH
If you require your order more urgently than the expected delivery dates then at the checkout there is the option of quicker dispatch. The day of ordering is days 1, any order that has select a quicker delivery will be posted on Day 2.
SPECIAL DELIVERY - Guaranteed by 1pm next working day and will arrive day 3. If ordered on a Friday then this will be the following Monday, some will be delivered on Saturday depending on Royal Mail.
TRACKED 2-3 Days - Sent with Evri the delivery aim is 1-2 working days, so should arrive day 4.
TRACKED 3-4 Days - Sent with Evri the delivery aim is 3-4 working days, so should arrive day 5-6.
DELAYED/LOST MAIL
Royal Mail do not class anything
as delayed until 10 working days have passed.
If your card has not arrived within 7 working days since the your
dispatch date, its likely it has got delayed or lost. Please get in touch once the 7 working days
has elapsed and we can look at getting a replacement out to you.
