TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website/shop, by using and purchasing from our website and purchasing
from our shop on Etsy you accept these terms and conditions in full.
CONTRACT
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Unique
& Sparkly to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided
on the Unique & Sparkly website or on the Etsy shop. Together with the
completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only
agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by
delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on
these terms and conditions
DELIVERY
Cards with envelopes are sent in hardbacked envelopes for added
protection. Boxed cards are packed inside
with bubble wrap and for the large an internal cardboard structure. This is to ensure that they reach you in
perfect condition. These are sent as small parcels and probably will not fit
through your letter box so please be aware of this.
DELAYED ITEMS
Please contact us if your card order has not arrived by the last
estimated delivery date showing on your order, then we will replace your item. If
your card is not required urgently we like to give 10 working days to see if it
will arrive. If your card is required
earlier than this then a replacement will be sent, or refund if the date has
passed. We aim to deliver your order by the last estimated date as stated on
our website/shop. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen
circumstances. Refunds will not be considered until the day after the last
estimated delivery date shown.
DAMAGES, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS.
We regret that personalised items cannot be returned as they are not
re-saleable. Our cards are carefully packaged to avoid damage in the post but
in the unusual event that your order is damaged in transit please contact us to
arrange a replacement. On receipt of proof of the damaged goods (a photo will
suffice). We will replace your item on the next available working day. Your
replacement will be sent via the same method of delivery service that was
selected at the checkout. If your replacement card will miss the occasion
intended for then we will have to arrange a refund. Please do not presume we
will refund over replacing. Refunds must
be agreed by both parties before a refund will be issued.
You may cancel your order if production has not started. If you wish to
cancel your order once your order has made your then we can issue you a refund
but a charge of £2.00 will be deducted for wasted materials and time.
